Solidarity Economy Marketplace maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward financial crime of any kind. This includes but is not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and tax evasion.
If we detect, suspect, or receive credible reports of money laundering or other financial crimes connected to use of this platform, we will:

- 📋 Preserve all relevant records and data
- 🏛️ Report the activity to FinCEN, the FBI, and any other appropriate federal or state law enforcement agencies
- ⚖️ Cooperate fully with any resulting investigation
