We reserve the right to terminate access for any user found to be in violation of these terms and to report such activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice.

3. Financial Crime Policy

Solidarity Economy Marketplace maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward financial crime of any kind. This includes but is not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and tax evasion.

If we detect, suspect, or receive credible reports of money laundering or other financial crimes connected to use of this platform, we will:

• 📋 Preserve all relevant records and data
• 🏛️ Report the activity to FinCEN, the FBI, and any other appropriate federal or state law enforcement agencies
• ⚖️ Cooperate fully with any resulting investigation

We built this platform to empower workers and communities — not to provide cover for those who exploit financial systems. We will not hesitate to act.

4. Intellectual Property

All content published on the Cooperative Codebase — including articles, images, graphics, and design — is the property of Solidarity Economy Marketplace or its respective authors and contributors, and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
